I had to get up early this morning (6:30) in order to get to the gym and back by 8:00. Traci wanted to go to Indy for some things this morning. Today was a push day, here's the lowdown

Because of the rush I didn't have time to squat. I did some crunches, however. When I woke up in the morning I weighed 237. Pretty close to my weekly goal of 236. I may even beat that .
