The good news

I have been exercising and dieting now for about three months. I've lost 12 pounds. I have been jogging and can run for about 3 miles, which is great for me. I still have about 25 pounds I would like to lose, but I'm pretty happy with that so far. I have been using a web site that I set up to record my calories and what I eat and my workouts.
